Frequently asked questions
What kinds of activities does iECHO automate for partners?
Session reminders, attendance reporting, issuing certificates, program data (available through dashboards) as well as assessments and feedback surveys are available in the new iECHO platform.
Please note that the criteria for issuance of certificates is decided by the hub. You may issue certificates for attendance, participation, case presentation and other activities.
Is there any cost to use iECHO?
No. iECHO is provided completely free of charge to Project ECHO partners. It is designed to remove technological barriers so your organization can focus on sharing knowledge and expanding impact.
How is iECHO different from Zoom?
While generic tools like Zoom handle video calls, iECHO manages the entire end-to-end ECHO operational workflow. It automates participant registration, session reminders, attendance logging, case presentation uploads, post-session surveys, certificate issuance, and impact reporting—drastically reducing administrative workload.
Where is iECHO hosted?
iECHO utilizes cloud infrastructure from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the India and U.S. regions.
What all languages are supported?
iECHO currently supports English (US, UK, India), French, Spanish, Portuguese (European and Brazilian), Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, Filipino, Arabic, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Bengali, Assamese, Ukrainian, Romanian and Russian.

Can anyone use iECHO?
Anyone can access iECHO as a participant to take part in ECHO programs run by partner organizations. In order to conduct ECHO programs and sessions on iECHO, you would need to be a signed partner of Project ECHO.
