iECHO offers a seamless certificate management feature that securely stores all your earned certifications from affiliated programs in one place, making it easy to access, download, or share them whenever needed.
If certificates have been earned as a participant, they can be accessed from the Participant View on iECHO.
How to view and manage your certificates
- Switch to Participant View from the view selector.
- Go to the iECHO Homepage.
- Click My Certificates from the left navigation.
- View the list of certificates across programs.
- Use available actions to:
- Download the certificate.
- Share the certificate.
What this means
Certificates are issued based on participation in programs. If certificates were earned as an attendee, they will only be visible under Participant View.
Alternate ways without switching user view
Certificates can also be accessed directly from the profile menu:
- Click the profile dropdown in the top-right corner.
- Select View Certificate to download or share as needed.
💡 Note: Certificates are issued based on program and organization criteria, and will appear only for eligible participants.
