iECHO Collaborative

A bimonthly working session where partner hub teams and the product team review what is and is not working, and prioritize enhancements together.

The iECHO Collaborative is a bimonthly gathering of key partners who use iECHO day to day. It is a working session, not a presentation: partners bring what is and is not working in their programs, and we work through it together.

What happens

  • Partners share how they are using iECHO, including the workarounds they have invented, which is often the clearest signal of a gap.
  • The product team brings open questions and early thinking to the group before decisions are locked in.
  • Enhancement requests are proposed, discussed and prioritized with the people who will actually use them.
  • We report back on what happened to the suggestions raised in previous sessions.

Who it is for

Hub administrators, program managers and technical leads from partner organizations who run programs on iECHO regularly and can speak to how the platform behaves in practice.

What it takes

One virtual session every two months. Come to the ones that are relevant to you; there is no expectation of perfect attendance, and notes are circulated after each session.

At a glance

  • Frequency: every two months
  • Format: virtual working session
  • Open to: partner hub teams using iECHO
  • You bring: your real experience of running programs
