Certificate Data Export Guide

Recommended timing

If a session has recently concluded, wait 24 hours before downloading the report to ensure all participation data is reconciled and accurate.

Both exports use the same fields. The only real difference is scope - which certificates get included.

Certificates issued for one specific session within a participant group.

Certificates issued across the entire participant group - every session, plus any certificate issued at the end of the group.

From your iECHO Homepage, open the left panel and select the second icon to view All Programs.
Select the Program and Participant Group for which you want the certificate data.
Go to Reports.
From the Session's dropdown:

For a single session, choose that specific session from the list.
For all sessions in the group, choose the first option - Participant Group Name (All Data).

The fields are the same for both export types, only how many rows you get (one session's worth vs. the whole group's) differs.

Field	Description
Full Name	Full name of the person registered in the Participant group.
Email/Phone	Email address or phone number which is primary during iECHO registration by the person.
Issued for	Participant Group.
Session Topic/Participant Group Name	If the certificate was issued for a particular session, the session topic is shown; otherwise, the participant group name is shown for certificates issued at the end.
Start Date	Participant group start date.
Issued At	Certificate issue date.
Certificate Heading	Depends on the type of certificate as applicable — e.g. Participation, Completion.
Subheading	Sub-details on the certificate — e.g. "This certificate is presented to."
Certificate URL	Link to the participant's certificate.
Certificate Template	Design template used for the certificate — e.g. Classic, Modern.
