You can use the search bar on iECHO to find Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by name, area of expertise, or relevant keywords. You can also use filters to refine your search results.
Search for a Subject Matter Expert
- Log in to iECHO.
- From the top navigation bar, click the Search bar.
- Enter the Name, Area of Expertise, or Keyword related to the SME you want to find.
- From the search suggestions, select See All Results to view the complete list of matching results.
- On the search results page, select the Subject Matter Expert tab.
- Review the available SME profiles.
Note - You can also select an SME directly from the suggestions that appear as you enter your search term.
Refine Your Search
Use the available filters to narrow down the SME search results.
You can filter results by:
- Area of Expertise – Select a specific area of expertise.
- Job Title/Profession – Select a relevant profession or job title.
- Hub Country – Select a country to find SMEs associated with that hub location.
After selecting the required filters, click Apply Filters to update the search results.
Example
To find SMEs with expertise in Medicine:
- Enter Medicine in the search bar.
- Select See All Results.
- Select the Subject Matter Expert tab.
- Under Area of Expertise, select Medicine.
- Use additional filters such as Job Title/Profession or Hub Country, if needed.
- Click Apply Filters.
- Select View Profile on an SME card to view their profile.
