The new Dormant tab shows participants that have not been active in your program recently. Dormant participants stop receiving automated session reminder emails, but keep full platform access, so they can still receive quick emails and calendar invitations.

We've made certificates easier to manage. Issue them manually or have them sent automatically once participants submit feedback. Create a template once, reuse it across programs and add variables like Professional ID and Session Date that fill in automatically.
